WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START DESIGNING MOUSE EARS?
I saw the trend emerging at the same time I needed a creative outlet from the daily grind of my 9-5. I had an annual pass to the original Disneyland for years when I was a teen & after my son was born. I absolutely understand what it is to be a part of the Disney magic & what an awesome way for your personality to come through!
HOW DID YOU DECIDE TO DO SPORTS THEMED MOUSE EARS?
1-I have always loved the comradery between any and all sports fans.
And 2- I feel there’s never enough out in the market for fangirls! My ears are perfect for the splendid Disney lover who is also a true fan to her teams!
HOW OFTEN DO YOU COME UP WITH NEW DESIGNS?
I am always getting requests for someone’s team, which I will then stock! So other than custom requests, usually every couple months.
WHICH PAIR IS YOUR BEST SELLER/MOST POPULAR?
Of course my local LA Kings! Packers fans are a close second & whoever made the Super Bowl :)
WHICH PAIR IS YOUR FAVORITE TO MAKE?I was born and raised a LA Kings fan & cheer for the Seattle Seahawks so my teams are always fun to make. But what I love the most is getting to send people their ears when they’re actually going to the teams home states! I’ve got to send Redsox ears to Boston, Yankees ears to NY, NY, Packers to Wisconsin, University of Florida to only Floridians so far & Seahawks ears to quite a few 12th fans out there…to name a few!
HOW OFTEN DO YOU VISIT DISNEY YOURSELF?
I haven’t had a pass for a few years now because we hardly have any spare time. But we try to plan a trip at least once a year.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST DISNEY MEMORY?
I think any time you’re there for the holiday season is so magical & you’ll never forget it! Or when you’re old enough to finally go with just you friends! But other than that, every year when I was young we would plan our annual Epic Disney Trip and would spend the day at the park with about 15 of us and have just the best time!! Those trips always bring a smile to my face.

WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE DISNEY CHARACTER AND WHY?
This is a tough one!
I was obsessed with Princess Jasmine when I was little, but my best Halloween costume is still my beautiful Belle dress my grandmother made for me when I was probably 6.
But! After seeing (and tearing up through) Inside Out this year, I have to pick Sadness and Joy. The balance they provide and the support needed from both is so important to learn not only for kids who now love the movie, but even as adults.
This life can get so hard it feels impossible and sometimes we have to feel the sadness to process the bad times. But there will always be reasons to push through positively and be as undeniably happy as Joy is in that movie. Together I think that’s how we persevere :)
