HOW DID YOU AND PAUL MEET?
He was a member at my friend's church. I met him one Sunday when I went to church with her!
How adorable is that sign and this picture?!?
TELL ME ABOUT THE PROPOSAL?
He proposed to me on our family cruise aboard the Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas. It was on my mother's birthday, and it was disguised as a birthday surprise for her! All 20 of my family members on the ship were there!
WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO GO WITH A DISNEY WEDDING?
I first learned about the Disney wedding pavilion when I was about 5 or 6. My mother and I visited the area and I knew that was going to be my wedding location one day.
Stunning! Check out the Candelabras!
WHAT WAS YOUR WEDDING DATE?
October 11, 2013
You can see the love!
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF THE WEDDING?
I have lots of favorites...the first is getting ready at the Grand Floridian with my Mom and sister. We had fun being giddy together and just goofing around! Another favorite is when I had first look with my Dad! My second favorite was seeing Paul's face when the doors of the Wedding Pavilion first opened! And of course, another favorite was when Mickey and Minnie surprised everyone at the reception! They were a hit!
I love both of their expressions!
Adorable!
YOUR WEDDING HAD SO MANY WEDDING DETAILS! WHERE DID YOU COME UP WITH THEM ALL?
My wonderful mother is the one who handled all of the details! I was finishing up my degree and I was away doing an internship in Massachusetts up until 2 months before the wedding so there wasn't really much I could do! She's extremely organized and creative (and beautiful )
I love this table gift idea!
DID YOU HAND MAKE ANYTHING?
We did! We handmade our ribbon wands for the stages exit after the ceremony and also our candy jar favors. We had a private luncheon for all of my bridesmaids and their moms, and after lunch we had assembly lines going getting the items finished!
I have not seen streamers before and HOW cute!!!! This is one of my new favorite ideas!
DOES YOUR HUSBAND LOVE DISNEY AS MUCH AS YOU DO?
That will never be possible! I took him to Disney World for the very first time in 2011. He does very much enjoy the Food and Wine festival at Epcot and wants to go several times each year!
Who now wants to go pose in a monorail like I do? LOL! One of my favorite pictures!
WHAT ARE WAYS YOU INCORPORATE DISNEY INTO YOUR EVERY DAY LIFE AS A COUPLE?
Our kitchen, living room, and one of the restrooms in our house are Disney themed! We go to the parks maybe once a month or so. I'm a cast member so I get really great perks!
What a creative ring photo!!
ANY FUTURE DISNEY PLANS IN THE WORKS?
We are hoping to take a Disney Cruise very soon! But definitely next summer my whole family is taking a trip to Disneyland!
ANY WORDS OR ADVICE FOR FUTURE DISNEY BRIDES?
Don't get caught up worrying about things on the wedding day. It goes by SO quickly. I wish I could go back to that day all the time!
