Mouse Ear Holder from KGC Party Decor

I love collecting different Mouse Ears and have been really enjoying the GREAT MOUSE EAR SEARCH.   But like many of you, I have had an issue trying to figure out how to display and/or store all of my mouse ears!  I didn't want them squished in a drawer or flattened and risk ruining them (they are like pieces of art in my opinion!).  I finally found a genius solution and I am so excited to share this with you all!!!!

Jessica over at KGC Party Decor makes the most adorable headband holders that are PERFECT for storing mouse ears!   She will even custom make them themed around your favorite Disney Character!   She sent me both a Minnie Mouse one and a Tinkerbell one!   I have to say, this is truly one of my favorite Etsy Discoveries!

 HOW DID YOU GET INTO MAKING DISNEY HEADBAND HOLDERS?
I started making things for my kids--for their birthday parties and rooms. My challenge was to always make decor for their parties that I could reuse in their rooms.

I use different products (fabric, paper, paint, etc) to create custom handmade items. I love coming up with new ideas and creating custom items for my customers.

My most popular items are the custom letters-- in princess, Frozen, superhero and other Disney characters. After that, it's the Frozen/princess glitter frames and the headband holders.

I usually have custom requests each month for new designs. And I'm always looking to create new products.

I've been able to donate Frozen letters and party decor for birthday parties for children of parents fighting cancer. I've had many orders placed as gifts and love hearing that the gift was the favorite. 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET TO GO TO DISNEY?
We live about 45 minutes from Disneyland in LA. As a kid, my parents would take my 4 siblings and I once a year. My husband and I have 3 kids and they've been to Disneyland a few times. We're actually planning another trip in the next few months!

WHAT IS THE ONE THING YOU HAVE TO DO EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU VISIT DISNEY?
We always make time for It's a Small World and the Pirates of the Caribbean rides. As a kid, I would buy a glass figurine at the Disney store in the mall each time I visited. So I love to look at the figurines at Disneyland to add to my collection.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE DISNEY MEMORY EVER?
My favorite Disney memory was the look on our kids' faces the first time they met Mickey and Minnie. They were so excited and just kept hugging them.

WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE DISNEY CHARACTER AND WHY?
Ariel. The Little Mermaid has always been my favorite Disney movie.
