OK so when my kids and I are having a bad day, we play Disney songs as loud as our ears can take it. Recently, I picked up my kids and my daughter was having a very emotional time. So I immediately got out my phone and plugged into up to the car and started blaring the song SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS. Next thing you know, she was smiling and giggling and singing along! I dare you, next time your having a bad day, try listening to this song and I promise it will improve your mood!
